Why should I use a leadership coach? To add a new question go to app settings and press "Manage Questions" button. Having a coach means having someone who cares deeply about your success, as you define it, someone who can help reflect what it is that you actually want, and someone who holds you accountable for achieving your goals. Becoming an authentic leader arises naturally through these processes.Talking to a coach is different from talking to a friend or colleague, and better than talking to yourself. As your coach, it's my job to ask questions that a friend might not ask, and I can also be entirely impartial when it comes to your professional situation. With a coach, you never have to worry about being "too honest" or appearing weak or insecure in front of people you have a professional relationship with. Having a coach also means that you have someone who can help reflect your own "blind spots" and challenge you in ways that you can not challenge yourself.

How are you different from other trainers / coaches? The coach / client relationship is like any relationship in that both parties must feel respect, trust, and confidence in each other. I have developed a unique coaching approach over the years which has been valuable for many clients.
